DOSAGE:
HOW OFTEN
Take Skinny Drops at least three times a day or as often as you feel you need them. Take whenever you start thinking of food or getting hungry. Take Fit For Life Drops twice a day or more often if needed.
TIME
Take both Drops at least 20 minutes before or after food and drink . Recommend taking on waking in morning middle of the day and the evening.
QUANTITY
Place six drops under your tongue and hold them there for at least 30 seconds.
PRECAUTION
These drops are alcohol based so if you need to avoid alcohol then don’t consume either Drops. Contact us and we can make them up without the alcohol.
